Fans have been disappointed time and time again with ownerships inability and downright refusal to pay their talent to stay.

Yet, it seems that every time after the dust settles, the majority of fans will continue to tune in and watch their beloved baseball team.

“Well, we still have Tito.”

“Antonetti is a magic man.”

Seemingly everything would be fine going forward because we have the right people in leadership roles to compete.

Until now.

Mickey Callaway “allegedly” has been harassing female employees, reporters or just about any female he comes in contact with for a very long time. When the news broke earlier this year, in the fallout of the Jared Porter news of Mickey’s alleged behavior, some eyes turned to Cleveland.

Mickey spent time in the Indians organization, most notably as the Indians Major League Pitching Coach. His performance provided him the opportunity to land the Manager role in New York.

Chris Antonetti released a statement following the news which basically stated how hurt he was that Mickey would allegedly engage in this type of conduct and that he has never been aware of any similar conduct during Callaways time with the Indians.

Which as we found out today is a bold face lie.

He did know. 

Tito knew.

The Indians were “frickin pissed” at an incident that allegedly occurred between Mickey Callaway and a married female.

Embarrassing.

If Antonetti knew that Callaway was sending unsolicited, harassing messages then something should have been done.

If Tito knew, then something should have been done.

Tito’s son Nick, has even come out publicly saying his father is in the wrong.

Nothing can undo the damage already done but its time to right the ship.

It starts from the top down. I expect a resignation from all involved parties including and not limited to Chris Antonetti and Terry Francona.
